THE SNOW QUEEN plays Sunday, December 20, 2009 2:30pm At Rockland Community College 145 College Road Suffern, NY 10901

Giant puppets perform Hans Christian Anderson's classic: The Snow Queen to the music of Arcangelo Correlli.

The Snow Queen is about friendship that endures through adversity. With the help of a well-meaning crow, a rowdy robber girl, a wise reindeer, and a map from the Finland woman, the young girl Gerde travels to the Snow Queen's Palace to find her friend Kay. Hans Christian Anderson's classic tale holds a valuable lesson about holding strong to what you believe in.
