The 50th Anniversary production and first Broadway revival of William Gibson's Tony Award® winning play THE MIRACLE WORKER is now playing Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street).

Directed by Kate Whoriskey (Ruined) and staged in the round for the first time, THE MIRACLE WORKER also stars Tony Award® nominee Alison Pill (Broadway's The Lieutenant of Inishmore, film Milk), Golden Globe Award® winner and Emmy Award® nominee Matthew Modine (the film Short Cuts, "And the Band Played On"), Jennifer Morrison (Fox series "House," film Star Trek), Tony Award® winner Elizabeth Franz (Death of a Salesman) and features Tobias Segal, Daniel Oreskes, Michael Cummings, Simone Joy Jones, Yvette Ganier and Lance Chantiles-Wertz.

Set in Tuscumbia, Alabama in the 1880s, THE MIRACLE WORKER tells the story of the young Helen Keller, who became blind and deaf after a childhood illness, and the extraordinary woman, Annie Sullivan, who taught her to communicate with the world.

THE MIRACLE WORKER features scenic design by Derek McLane, costume design by Paul Tazewell, lighting design by Kenneth Posner, original music and sound design by Rob Milburn & Michael Bodeen, hair design by Charles LaPointe, and physical coaching and movement by Lee Sher.
