Welcome to THE FRIDAY SIX: Q&As with your favorite Broadway stars. Want to know what hooked them to a career in the theater? Their dream roles? Their Broadway crushes? Read on!

In this week's edition, we caught up with Stephen DeRosa, who plays a slew of characters in On The Town, currently playing at the Lyric Theatre.

What is the first Broadway show you ever saw?

1981. A Chorus Line. I thought, "I have nothing in common with any of these people. Except maybe Sheila..."

What is your most unique pre-show ritual?

Eat, Pray, Love. Eat some more.

What is your most memorable "the show must go on" moment?

When I was told in the middle of the first act I was going on for Nathan Lane in "The Nance" who had gotten injured. In three minutes I was backstage in costume ready to pick up where the show had stopped. They announced that Nathan would not continue and there were loud GROANS and some people walked out. They then announced I would be continuing in the role and there was a deafening silence but I went on and by curtain call the audience seemed happy they stayed.

What is the one role you want to play before you die?

The musical comedy where Channing Tatum and Jake Gyllenhall are madly in love with me but in the end I decide to stay married to George Clooney. It's called "Don't Drop the Soap!"

Who is your Broadway crush?

Anyone with a dance belt and a smile. Seriously I'm crushing over the incredible cast of "On the Town." Everyone is amazing. Our swing has a Tony award!!

Where can people follow you online?

Just follow me out the stage door of "On the Town" and we'll go to a diner and dish!
