The South Carolina New Play Festival has announced casting for Kate Hamill's The Scarlet Letter by Kate Hamill, Dodi and Diana by Kareem
Fahmy, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E Frankweiler by Adam Ban- David, Christyn Budzyna, and Jessica Penzias, and Dragonsoul Offline by Samantha Miller.
The inaugural festival will run August 12-14 starring Kelli Barrett (Broadway: Wicked, Gettin' the Band Back Together), Kim Blanck (Off-Broadway: Octet -Drama Desk Award), Rosaline Elbay (TV: Ramy on HULU, Kaleidoscope on NETFLIX), Anna Rae Haller (Broadway: Frozen), Peter Mark Kendall (Broadway: The Rose Tattoo, TV: The Americans, Strange Angel), Liz Larsen (Broadway: Hairspray, Beautiful; The Carole King Musical, Fiddler on the Roof, The Most Happy Fella-TONY Nominee), Samuel Li Weintraub (Broadway: Miss Saigon), and Jarrod Spector (Broadway: Jersey Boys, Beautiful; The Carol King Musical- TONY Nominee).
