South Florida Business Professionals Form B-PAC to Support United States Holocaust Memorial Museum

A dynamic group of business professionals have formed the South Florida Business Professional Advisory Committee (B-PAC) for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. The group aims to engage the business community in the Museum's work to secure the permanence of Holocaust memory, understanding and relevance. It is open to all business leaders who seek to understand and support the Museum's impact as a global institution.

B-PAC launched its 2013-2014 efforts on October 25th at a reception featuring speaker Ronald J. Klein, former Representative of Florida's 22nd Congressional District and former member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Council. The reception was held at Jazziz Nightlife at Mizner Park in Boca Raton and was attended by more than sixty professionals and business leaders.

"The business community's efforts to support the Museum and inspire people to think and act differently in the face of hate, antisemitism and genocide, is inspirational," said B-PAC's chair, Jeffrey S. Kahn, Esq., of Greenberg Traurig, PA.

Outreach Vice Chairs are Elyssa Kupferberg of Barclays Wealth & Investment Management and Robert Slatoff, Esq. of Frank Weinberg & Black, PL. B-PAC's program chair is Lanny K. Marks, CPA, CFP, AEP of Marks and Associates.
