Show Only Tix Now Available for NYMF Gala

Bebe Neuwirth, Anthony Rapp, Christine Pedi, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Michael Arden, Joshua Henry and the award-winning NYMF 2010 shows Frog Kiss, The Great Unknown, I Got Fired, My Mother's Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding, Trails, and Without You will perform at The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) Awards Gala on Sunday, November 14th at The Hudson Theatre (145 W. 44th Street) beginning at 6:00pm.

NYMF will honor Chita Rivera with a Lifetime Achievement Award and producers Barry and Fran Weissler (Chicago, Wonderful Town, La Cage Aux Folles, Scottsboro Boys) for their pioneering spirit and dedication to musical theatre. The winners of the NYMF 2010 Awards for Excellence will also be presented with their awards.

In addition to the awards already announced, Trails received the Stage Entertainment USA Development Award.

The Stage Entertainment USA Development Award will offer Trails a twenty-nine hour AEA presentation for industry at New World Stages. Executive Director Beverley D. MacKeen will present this award, on behalf of Stage Entertainment.

The Daegu International Musical Festival (DIMF) Production Award will be announced at the gala on Sunday.

Performers from participating NYMF musicals include: Curtis Holbrook, Manna Nichols, Theis Weckesser, Bobby Daye, Keith Varney, Devon Guffman, Robyn Corujo, Michael Thomas Holmes, Kelly Karbacz, Collin Leydon, Liz Ulmer, EJ Zimmerman, David Hein, Irene Sankoff, Matt Lutz, Nick Dalton, and Anthony Rapp.

The evening will include cocktails, a silent auction, seated dinner, and musical performances celebrating NYMF's Seventh Annual Season.
