Sarah Mucho presents "Subterranean Circus" at The Duplex Cabaret (61 Christopher Street at 7th Ave) on Monday December 3 at 7PM and Friday December 7 at 9:30PM. For Reservations call 212-255-5438.

"Subterranean Circus" is a contemporary cabaret that explores the current state of humanity.  Sarah Mucho, with Bobby Peaco, shares stories, lessons and fables through a variety of music including songs by Tom Waits, Simon & Garfunkel, Bjork, Neil Young and the Kinks. 

Sarah Mucho has been highly successful as the lead singer of the acclaimed rock band System Noise (www.systemnoisenyc.com) Her take on the David Bowie album, the "Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust" and the "Spiders From Mars," was in demand for well over a year after opening and still left audiences crying for more.   This show was part of the award winning cabaret series Under the Covers and was nominated for a 2005 MAC Award.

Bobby Peaco is musical director. Kristine Zbornik directs. Featuring Annette Kudrak at accordion, Andy Blanco at percussion and Alan Young on bass.
