VIDEO: Stephen Sondheim and Tony Kushner in Conversation at the Public

To celebrate the start of The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide in just two weeks, The Public is releasing exclusive new videos each week until performances begin. Tune into BroadwayWorld for new videos and interviews with the playwright, director, and actors each week.

The series begins with a special treat: excerpts from Tony Kushner and Stephen Sondheim's appearance at The Public Forum discussion series last fall. The two giants of the American Theater were hosted by Rocco Landesman, chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, for a conversation about Sondheim's new book, Finishing the Hat, his craft, and the theatrical life.
