Ryan Murphy Reveals New Details On Lady Gaga's Character On AMERICAN HORROR STORY: HOTEL; Sneak Peek?

International pop superstar Lady Gaga stars in the new season of FX's hit horror anthology series AMERICAN HORROR STORY, subtitled HOTEL, and a brand new poster for the show is now available to view, containing perhaps a glimpse of Gaga, as well as new comments from co-creator Ryan Murphy.

According to a new report by EW, available here, creator Ryan Murphy says of Gaga's character, "Her character's name is Elizabeth. She owns the hotel, and she is sort of a very wealthy social doyenne who is consumed with art and fashion and people and she has a nefarious plan that is revealed in the first episode and plays out over the course of the season. She starts shooting on Monday."

Elaborating, Murphy also shared that "people that you have known from other seasons" will check into the hotel, as well.

Commenting on Gaga, co-star Finn Wittrock also revealed, "I'm playing a male model named Tristan Duffy who's always looking for the next high. And I think he sort of finds his biggest high in Lady Gaga, and they have a lot to do together. She sees all of me."

Of note, the new poster image showcases a keyhole through which one can just barely make out a blonde figure that resembles Gaga standing on a white bed in the room on the other side of the door.

The official Facebook page shared the shot earlier today, writing, "Ready to check-in? American Horror Story: Hotel premieres Oct 7 on FX."
