CEG Presents and Nolafunk.com welcome the Mardi Gras Road Show to New York City. The Mardi Gras Road Show tour features two New Orleans giants, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk and Rebirth Brass Band, bringing their gritty, stomping, funk and brass party and throwing down at venues across the country. From the Crescent City to the Big Apple, the Mardi Gras Road show will make stops in NYC on April 1st and 2nd.
Over the past few years, Dumpstaphunk has become a New Orleans institution, joining Rebirth Brass Band and other NOLA greats before them. In the wake of the sometimes-stringent competition amongst brass bands, Rebirth Brass Band is the undisputed leader of the pack. Rebirth is committed to upholding the tradition of brass bands white at the same time incorporating modern music into their show. Their signature brand of brass funk has won over several generations of music lovers.Friday April 2nd at Sullivan HallWhere: Sullivan Hall Highline Ballroom
