Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSGE) announced today the official website launch for the world-famous Radio City Rockettes -- Rockettes.com -- the first-ever "online home" solely dedicated to the world-famous dance company. Timed to national Rockette auditions that will take place in New York and Los Angeles in late April and early May, Rockettes.com will offer fans unprecedented access to The Rockettes through several platforms including exclusive new video and photo content, vintage Rockette photography and archival costume sketches, links to purchase Rockette merchandise, partner integration, behind-the-scenes access, and social media channels. Visitors to the site will not only see what happens when The Rockettes step out on the Great Stage, but also get a glimpse into the world of these dancers before the curtain rises.

"Rockettes.com will provide a platform to showcase the glamour, talent and unique appeal of the dance company and allow fans to engage and relate with these iconic dancers on a more personal level," said Jamie Cygielman, senior vice president, Rockettes, MSG Entertainment. "As The Rockettes widespread appeal continues to expand, with the recent launch of the largest Christmas Spectacular tour in history, we are excited to engage our growing Rockette fan base on a national level by providing access to this beloved and talented dance company like never before."

Today, fans of the dance troupe are eager to know more about The Rockettes not only as dance icons, but as inspirational role models. Rockettes.com will provide just that opportunity with up-close and firsthand access to The Rockettes' experiences as members of this elite dance troupe.
Behind-the-scenes content will "pull back the curtain" and reveal the world of The Rockettes, including their arduous road to Rockette fame, the physical and mental trials and tribulations of the audition process, their emotional acceptance into the dance company, and their day-to-day life dancing in America's #1 holiday production - the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, as well as in many appearances throughout the year.

Fan engagement and accessibility are paramount as MSGE considers opportunities to expand The Rockettes' year-round presence. Aspiring dancers will also have access to obtain information on Rockettes.com about our dance education programs with a dedicated section for The Rockette Summer Intensive and Rockette Experience programs. These educational programs dedicated to teaching aspiring dancers the Rockette technique began in 2001, and since their inception, 41 students from the Rockette Summer Intensive have claimed a coveted spot on the line as Radio City Rockette.

"The Radio City Rockettes have epitomized unparalleled talent, grace and glamour throughout their 80-year history," said Linda Haberman, director/choreographer, Radio City Rockettes. "Our vision for The Rockettes is to explore exciting, contemporary, new performance opportunities for the dance company that will continue to push their dance repertoire forward for decades to come. The launch of Rockettes.com will provide a platform to showcase our new endeavors to our incredibly loyal and growing fan base."
