The Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, New York's premiere eco-friendly/socially-conscious theatre festival, is presenting various special events in addition to the regularly scheduled productions. Events include a preview party, a ladies luncheon, a trivia night, a LGBT night, a climate project presentation plus a green event, poker/karaoke nights, the annual awards ceremony, plus some interesting press panels.

June 2nd @ 8:30 pm - Opening Night Preview Party- Hosted by Nathaniel Kent
Join Planet Connections Festivity in kicking off its second year! On Wednesday, June 2 at 8:30pm, join us at Ace of Clubs for our Kickoff Preview Party, featuring performances from some of our 2010 artists! Come see songs, dances, scenes, sketches and much more, all for free! Get a chance to see excerpts from nearly twenty shows, meet some 2010 Festivity artists, and get ready for Planet Connections Theatre Festivity 2010! PRESS ARE INVITED TO PREVIEW THE SHOWS.

How many shows have you seen? Mix and match, find out what you've just got to see before the end of the Festivity, and meet and greet with fellow artists from this year's festival as it comes to a close. Our "Almost Closing Night Party" on June 23 will give everyone a chance to network and mingle for the last time before the Festivity closes. Starting at 9pm, come and join staff and artists for drink specials, darts and more at The Bleecker Street Bar!

June 24th @ 5:00 pm - "Our Climate Crisis" presented by The Climate Project

The Climate Project supports more than 3,000 diverse and dedicated volunteers worldwide who have been personally trained by former U.S. Vice President and Nobel Laureate Al Gore to educate the public and to raise awareness about climate change.
