On November 23rd 2009 The York Theatre Company held a gala celebrating The 2009 Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre to Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick. The event was held at the Racquet and Tennis Club.
The concert was directed by Terry Berliner with music direction by Mark Janas.
