Award-winning radio personality Valerie Smaldone is now guest-starring in Spalding Gray: Stories Left to Tell from May 8 - 13 at the Minetta Lane Theatre (18 Minetta Lane, Greenwich Village). The critically acclaimed Off-Broadway play is a tribute to the work of legendary monologist Spalding Gray, directed by Lucy Sexton. The show, which opened in March, stars Kathleen Chalfant, Hazelle Goodman, Ain Gordon, Tony-winner Frank Wood and a rotating special guest actor.

Valerie Smaldone has always loved the stage. She recently made her Broadway debut as a guest speller in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Last year, she performed with Ally Sheedy and Karthryn Erbe in a production of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues that benefited V-Day, the global movement to end violence against women and girls. She has also appeared in Spit it Out!, a play with music she cowrote, which was accepted into the 2005 Midtown International Theater Festival. The 2007 New York Emmy Gala Awards, Broadway Meets Country, "Broadway Under the Stars" and "Broadway on Broadway," to name a few, have all welcomed Smaldone to their stages.

Tickets cost  $35 - $65 and are available by visiting www.ticketmaster.com or phoning 212-307-4100. Tickets can also be purchased directly from the Minetta Lane Theatre box office by phoning 212-420-8000.  Visit www.valeriesmaldone.com for more information.
