Photo Flash: Stephanie J. Block Sings the National Anthem

New York Mets fan and Broadway leading lady Stephanie J. Block sang the National Anthem at Shea Stadium on Monday, June 25th. 
 
Could Block's singing have spurred her favorite team on to victory?  The New York Mets beat the reigning champion St. Louis Cardinals 2-1.

Block most recently appeared on Broadway in the title role of The Pirate Queen.  She has also appeared in the national tour of Wicked, and as Liza Minnelli in Broadway's The Boy from Oz.
