The Broadway at Birdland concert series was thrilled to present the fifth annual "Broadway Belts for PFF" on Monday, February 23. The evening was hosted by Julie Halston, spokesperson for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, and raised over $150,000. Scroll down for photos from the concert!

Carl Andress directed an evening of musical performances by Broadway stars Zakiya Young, Betsy Wolfe, Robert Creighton, Erich Bergen, Annaleigh Ashford, Randy Graff, Julia Murney and Santino Fontana. Christopher McGovern served as musical director.

Proceeds from the concert benefited the Michael Kuchwara Fund for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Research, Education and Advocacy. The fund honors the late Associated Press theater critic who died in May 2010 due to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Over the past five years, these Birdland concerts have raised more than $388,000. Julie Halston is a spokeswoman and activist for pulmonary fibrosis, along with her husband, former Howard Stern Show news anchor Ralph Howard, who was diagnosed with the disease in 2008.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series takes place every Monday night at the historic music room, which is located at 315 West 44 Street, in the heart of the Theater District.
