The Fantasticks recently celebrated its one-year anniversary at the Snapple Theatre Center's Jerry Orbach Theater with a champagne toast and festivities.

The musical, which remains the longest-running musical of all-time in its original Off-Broadway incarnation, opened on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at New York's Snapple Theater Center (210 West 50th Street at Broadway).  The beloved, musical love story features music by Harvey Schmidt and book and lyrics by Tom JonesMr. Jones also directs.

The show stars Nick Spangler ("Matt"), Jordan Nichols ("The Mute"), Julie Craig ("Luisa"), Thomas Bruce ("Henry"), John Deyle ("Hucklebee"), Burke Moses ("El Gallo"), Robert R. Oliver ("Mortimer") and Martin Vidnovic as ("Bellomy"). 

Tickets are $76, with a special $36 ticket price for selected seating on Sunday evening performances, and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com at (212) 307-4100.
