Photo Flash: Artist Kay Pike Transforms Her Body Into Comic Figures Using Body Paint

Artist Kay Pike has been re-exploring her love of painting by starting CosPainting; a unique blend of Cosplay and BodyPainting. Her First ever bodypaint that was done on herself went viral and gained more than 700,000 views on her facebook page, with over 15 million more spread throughout imgur, reddit (where she received top post on the front page) and The Replica Prop Forum, among the most notable.

She was invited to stream her paintings on Twitch.tv and earned Partner status after only a few weeks. Now she paints on twitch twice a week, as well as streams her photoshop edits the day after.

She was the only Cosplay Guest at both Fan Expo Vancouver 2014 and Fan Expo Regina 2014.
She ran two Cosplay Panels at each event and attended After Parties to further engage with patrons.
For Fan Expo Vancouver she was featured in The Province on the cover of the Entertainment section.
CTV Breakfast TV featured Kay live in Regina and she featured again in this clip.
Global News broadcasted Kay as well at Fan Expo Regina, taken from their press junket which also included Kevin Sorbo, Tia Carrere, and IronE Singleton.

Even when not at official press events, Kay is always entertaining.
