From October 7th through 10th, New York dancers and performers paid tribute to the '62 Center for Theatre and Dance at Williams College (located in Williamstown, MA) in the second week of its opening celebration.

On October 10th, the Center was celebrated with performances by Brent Barrett, Laura Benanti, Jim Borstelmann, Charlotte D'Amboise, Judy Kuhn, Terrence Mann, James Naughton, Billy Porter, Tommy Tune, Damian Woetzel and Jenifer Ringer. The music director of the evening was Scott Cady, and creative co-directors were Roger Rees and Ann Reinking."

The '62 Center for Theatre and Dance is a new $50 million performing arts complex at Williams College in Massachusetts. The facility will provide teaching, performance and technical spaces for the College's theatre department and dance program. Williams College is, famously, the alma mater of both Stephen Sondheim and William Finn.
