Manhattan Theatre Club presented its annual Winter Benefit "An Intimate Night," an evening of cocktails and dinner followed by a special one-night-only cabaret-style show last night, January 25, at The Plaza. BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture the arrivals.

MTC's Artistic Director Lynne Meadow directed the show which featured a special appearance by two-time Tony Award winner Nathan Lane (The Addams Family, The Producers) and performances by four-time Tony nominee Raúl Esparza (Speed-the-Plow, Company), "Saturday Night Live" alum Ana Gasteyer (MTC's The Royal Family, Wicked), and Tony and Olivier Award winner Jane Krakowski ("30 Rock," Nine on Broadway). The evening features a set by John Lee Beatty, lighting by Peter Kaczorowski and sound by Dan Gerhard.

MTC board members Bethany Millard and Fiona Kirk co-chaired the event.  All proceeds from the annual event will support MTC's mission as a leading non-profit theatre company producing contemporary plays on and off-Broadway.

Under the dynamic leadership of Artistic Director Lynne Meadow and Executive Producer Barry Grove, Manhattan Theatre Club has grown in three decades from a prolific Off-Off Broadway showcase into one of the country's most acclaimed theatre organizations. Founded in 1970, MTC now includes a subscriber base of 20,000 and produces on Broadway in the recently restored Biltmore Theatre on West 47th Street and at the historic New York City Center complex on West 55th Street. Each season is distinguished by the variety of the repertoire. For more information, visit www.ManhattanTheatreClub.com.
