The New York Musical Theatre Festival's Captain Gravy's Wavy Navy: Where's the Moon? played a successful run from September 14th through 23rd.

The show was directed by Elizabeth Lucas and choreographed by Maurice Brandon Curry.  It features book, lyrics and music by David Cooper and Jeffrey Katz.  "Join Captain Gravy and his Wavy Navy on a Sergeant Pepper-style psychedelic adventure quest to save the world from the evil Mu Pollu. A wickedly funny, upbeat show about environmentalism that's appropriate for all ages," state press notes.

The show starred James Edward Becton, Edward M. Barker, Brian Barry, Amy Coleman, Kathy Deitch, Enrique Cruz DeJesus, Gregory Guy Gorden, Reggan Holland, Lauren Lebowitz, and Kenny Wade Marshall.
