Patrick Brown, Hayden Tee and More Join Your Theatrics Inc.'s Reading of VILLAINY at Shelter Studios, 12/7

Your Theatrics Inc. presents the reading of a new musical, VILLAINY, Friday, December 7th at 2:00pm at Shetler Studios (244 West 54th St. btwn Broadway & 8th Ave.).

Seven of literature's greatest villains struggle for precedence as they strive to break the boundaries of the books for which they were created and unleash themselves upon the real world.

Villainy centers around 7 literary Villains trapped in a mythical world called "Public Domain", as they blur the lines of fiction and non-fiction, battle with each other and strive for both themselves and their authors to be saved from obscurity.

Villainy has Book, Music and Lyrics by Australia's most successful and established Musical Theater writer, Craig Christie, best known for his musical "Eurobeat" which has enjoyed a number of productions around the world including London's West End.

The exciting cast of characters includes Patrick Brown (currently Scar in The Lion King) as Iago, Hayden Tee (West End Marius in Les Miserables) as James Hook, Barbara Marineau (Beauty and the Beast) as Therese DeFarge, Mark Campbell (Mamma Mia) as Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde, Bill Dietrich (Jekyll and Hyde) as Pap Finn, Keith Hines (Camelot) as Vlad Dracula, Kaye Tuckerman (Mamma Mia) as The Grimm Brothers evil Queen, Eve and introducing Sarah Routh Ellis as Lily.

The workshop will be helmed by Director Shakina Nayfack (JUNK: A Rock Opera) and Musically Directed by Darren R. Cohen (Carnival).
