The Broadway community turned out Tuesday night, April 1st to fete Daniel Breaker, the 'breakout' star of the new musical PASSING STRANGE (at the Belasco Theater) and his bride-to-be director KATE WHORISKEY, who will tie the knot in Manhattan on Daniel's one day off from his hit Broadway show on Monday, April 7.

Tony winner Frank Wood ("Side Man") and the Tony-winning costume designer and maker of Ms. Whoriskey's wedding dress Catherine Zuber ("Coast of Utopia") joined DANIEL's cast mates and PASSING STRANGE creators STEW and HEIDI RODEWALD to celebrate at Saju Bistro, located on 44th Street right across from the Belasco.

Saju Bistro has become the nightly hangout of the PASSING STRANGE company and the staff honors its new Broadway neighbors by wearing PASSING STRANGE t-shirts at every meal.
