The Zipper Factory presents Our Lady J in "The Gospel of Dolly" Friday, December 14 at 9:30 PM with guests Kevin Cahoon, Adam Dugas, Todd Almond and Bianca Leigh.

"The Gospel of Dolly" is an inspiring evening focusing on Dolly Parton's most beloved music, featuring the Pink Champagne Orchestra and the Train To Kill Gospel Choir.  The evening will also include Our Lady J originals and newly crafted covers of the music of Nine Inch Nails, Alanis Morrisette and more.  Join the Church of Our Lady J on Friday, December 14 at 9:30PM. Our Lady J, a.k.a. Jonnah Speidel, has worked with the NYC Gay Men's Chorus, American Ballet Theatre, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre and the Mark Morris Dance Group.  As a composer, she scored The Caucasian Chalk Circle for NYU's Steinhart School and the musical-in-progress, The Gift.  She has also musical directed and performed with some of NYC's most colorful talents in such venues as Alice Tulley Hall, Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's at the Regency, Makor (92nd Street Y), Radio City Music Hall and Town Hall.  "The Gospel of Dolly" is Our Lady J's third concert at The Zipper Factory since her debut here in July.
