New York's "One and Only Lite Music Station, 106.7 Lite FM, will conclude their free lunchtime series this week with 106.7 Lite FM Presents Broadway in Bryant Park on Thursday, August 18th at 12:30 PM on the Bryant Park Stage (6th Ave. between 40th & 42nd Street, behind the NY Public Library). This annual summertime series offers first come-first serve seating.

At the concert, All Shook Up, The Lion King and Lennon will be the featured Broadway shows.  From the first show, Jenn Gambatese, Leah Hocking, Sharon Wilkins, Paul Castree and Cheyenne Jackson will take center stage, as will Josh Toweras and Kissy Simmons from The Lion King.  The entire cast of Lennon will be on hand, as well; Will Chase, Chuck Cooper, Julie Danao-Salkin, Mandy Gonzalez, Marcy Harriell, Chad Kimball, Terrance Mann, Julia Murney and Michael Potts are all lined up to perform.

The highlight of the concert will be an exclusive "open rehearsal" for the upcoming Actors' Fund benefit concert of On the Twentieth Century, with 20 stars set to appear.  The concert of the Cy Coleman-Betty Comden-Adolph Green mock-operetta will be held on September 26th at the New Amsterdam Theatre, and will star Douglas Sills, Marin Mazzie, Christopher Sieber, Brad Oscar and Brooks Ashmanskas, among others.  As with such previous concerts as Dreamgirls, Funny Girl and Chess, Seth Rudetsky will be the musical director as well as artistic producer.
