Nixon, Cummings, Jackson, et al. Set for Fightback NY Fundraiser, 9/13

Cynthia Nixon, Moises Kaufman, Cheyenne Jackson, Alan Cumming, Rosie O'Donnell, Charles Busch, Kathryn Erbe, Terrence McNally, Sarah Paulson, and Cherry Jones are set to host and attend a fund raiser on Sept 13, 2010 at 15 Central Park West for Fight Back NY.

Fight Back New York is taking on senators who voted against equality, using 100% of every contribution to directly communicate with voters in the target district.

Cynthia Nixon's Broadway credits include RABBIT HOLE, INDISCRETIONS, THE REAL THING, and THE WOMEN. 

Moises Kaufman directed the Broadway productions of 33 VARIATIONS and I AM MY OWN WIFE and is the writer of 33 VARIATIONS.

Cheyenne Jackon has appeared on Broadway in XANADU, FINIAN'S RAINBOW, AIDA, ALTAR BOYZ, and more.

Alan Cumming's Broadway credits include THE THREEPENNY OPERA and CABARET.

Rosie O'Donnell has appeared on Broadway in GREASE, SEUSSICAL, and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.  She was also producer of the 2003 production of TABOO.

Charles Busch is the playwright of DIE MOMMIE DIE!, OUR LEADING LADY, and THE TALE OF THE ALLERGIST'S WIFE.  He is also the bookwriter for TABOO, SWINGTIME CANTEEN.

Kathryn Erbe earned a Tony Award nomination in 1991 for her portrayal of Mary in THE SPEED OF DARKNESS. Other theater credits include GRAPES OF WRATH, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, and MY THING OF LOVE.

 Terrence McNally is the bookwriter of THE VISIT, THE RINK, RAGTIME, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN, THE FULLY MONTY, and many more.

Sarah Paulson has appeared Off-Broadway in CRIMES OF THE HEART and STILL LIFE and her Broadway credits include COLLECTED STORIES and THE GLASS MENAGERIE.

Cherry Jones' Broadway credits include MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION, FAITH HEALER, DOUBT, A MOON FOR THE MISBEGOTTEN, and more.
