THE INTREPID SEA, AIR, & SPACE MUSEUM (Fleet Week) will be hosting the production of Natalie Lovejoys' DEPLOYED: A NEW MUSICAL IN CONCERT.

This celebrated new production will perform selections from the show at the INTREPID MUSEUM, Pier 86, W 46th St and 12th Ave, New York, NY 10036 on Sunday, May 28 at 1:30pm & 4:30pm. Featuring Gregory Sullivan, Karine Hannah, Logan Hart, Adam Spiegel and Kendrick Mitchell.

The production of DEPLOYED: A NEW MUSICAL in concert is presented by Lucid Studios for the Intrepid Museum's Fleet Week celebration. It has previously been seen as a semi-finalist in the New York New Works 2016 theatre festival, in concert at 54 below, and workshopped at the Gallery Players, The Gene Frankel Theater and the Abingdon Theater Company. Deployed is a sponsored Not-for-Profit project courtesy of The New York Foundation for the Arts.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

LUCID STUDIOS LLC

(Owners, Jon Bremner & W. Ryan Ziegler)

Jon Bremner is a US Navy veteran and the lead producer for Deployed: A New Musical. After serving in the armed forces as an electrician and student of nuclear engineering, Jon decided to merge his talent for engineering with his passion for storytelling and founded Lucid in 2012. Jon has designed automated AV systems for the US Marines, the US Navy Seal teams, and numerous theaters in the NYC metro area. His video designs have been featured in the Times, broadwayworld.com and TimeOUT NY and he most recently helped to engineer the video systems for Dear Evan Hansen at Second Stage and Bella: An American Tall Tale at Playwright's Horizons. Jon is a graduate of Fordham University and now an instructor of Projections at Stagecraft University.

W RYAN ZIEGLER is the General manager for Deployed: A New Musical and spearheading the efforts to bring Deployed to the families and servicemembers across the country. He is Co-owner of Lucid Studios and an independent film/TV producer & director. Ryan was the Executive Producer for the documentary Standing in the Stars: The Peter Mayhew Story, worked on the set of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, books actors for events and productions around the world and leads the productions and engineering efforts of many Lucid projects.

NATALIE LOVEJOY (Music, Lyrics, & Book)

Ms. Lovejoy is composer/lyricist and musical theatre writer whose work has been heard at Lincoln Center, 54 Below, The Duplex, Laurie Beechman Theatre, The Flea Theatre, Greenwich Music House, as well as San Diego, LA, and Nashville, and she is listed in The Directory of Contemporary Musical Theatre's Writers at www.comtemporarymusicaltheatre.com. Her musical Deployed premiered off-off Broadway at the Abingdon Theatre Company in November 2013, played again at the Gene Frankel Theatre in January 2014 to sold-out audiences, and continues to be developed. Other works include Walk Across a Wire (reading, A.R.T./New York), Hall Pass's "Flyers and Fryers" (performances, Grace Church School, New York), and Club Meds (reading, The Dramatist Guild). She is currently working on two additional shows: a musical about bacha posh in Afghanistan with book writer Anna Grace Carter and a one-woman musical about discrimination and beauty standards in the theater industry. Natalie is also an author, and her autobiographical short-story "Two Roads" was published in So Say We All's anthology Incoming which examines the transition from military to civilian life. Pat Cerasaro (Director)

Mr. Cerasaro presented two all-star casts in a pair of sold-out charity concerts at The Public Theater's celebrated concert space Joe's Pub in 2014 honoring the work of Jule Styne, Stephen Sondheim and Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber. Subsequently, my credits include collaborating with Lloyd Webber and Jim Steinman on the New York City premiere of their musical Whistle Down The Wind as well as a series of unprecedented special concert events created with Steinman at Broadway cabaret venue Feinstein's/54 Below including Total Eclipse,Paradise Found and Steinman Stripped. Recently, two new Steinman shows were presented at the Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Angeles as well as a unique livestream acoustic concert broadcast from indie hotspot Kulak's Woodshed in Hollywood. Additionally, I have helmed several solo shows, including those for Tyce Green, Anneliese Van Der Pol and Rachel Levy as well as co-directed the NYC concert premiere of Starmites alongside original creator Barry Keating in Summer 2015. Upcoming projects include directing and co-producing a series of studio and live albums related to Steinman's oeuvre, plus directing and producing an international concert tour and several live events.
