On Monday evening, April 8th at the finale of Marty Richards' star-studded-sold-out Memorial to benefit his beloved New York Center For Children, which he co-founded with his wife Mary Lea Johnson Richards, Chita Rivera quieted the crowd to make an important announcement regarding the future of the American Theatre and the New York centric film and television's East Coast community. Dan Gallagher and Michael Milton, Mr. Richards' co-workers and right-hand visionaries for over fifteen years, had power-teamed with Producer/General Manager, Cheryl Dennis and Associate Producer RYAN DODSON to form the new PRODUCER CIRCLE CO. with offices in Manhattan.
The team's inaugural triumphant production, Mr. Richards' Memorial, which raised well over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars for The Children's Center, has served as an astoundingly successful springboard for the several new theatrical projects being readied for presentation over the next two Broadway Seasons. The first of the new PCC productions, Kenneth Jones & Gerald Stockstill's Grown-Up Musical Comedy, NAUGHTY/NICE, will be presented as a Concert Reading at CAROLINE'S ON BROADWAY (1626 Broadway - between 49 & 50 Streets) on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3 and will benefit THE NEW YORK CENTER FOR CHILDREN. The cast features Broadway's Alexandra Frohlinger, Timatha Kasten, Eric Michael Krop and George Salazar with Emily Bindiger, Dennis Deal, Carolee Goodgold and Jim Vincent. Conceived and written by Kenneth Jones (lyrics) and Gerald Stockstill (music), NAUGHTY/NICE is being directed and staged by Stephen Nachamie and will have Musical Direction by David Gardos.Videos
