Metropolis Opera Project presents the first annual ONE ACT FESTIVAL January 29th through 31st at Medicine Show Theatre, 52nd and 11th.

This year's line-up includes Offenbach's TWO BLIND BEGGARS, Cui's FEAST IN TIME OF PLAGUE, and the world premiere of Hevner, Vavrek and Wyatt's Opera-Electronica, BULLY PULPIT for 12 singers and live DJ, as well as musical excerpts by Mozart and Stravinsky and special guest appearances. Performers include Kevin Greene, Bell-Hop Danny from NBC's GREASE: YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT, MAMMA MIA and A TALE OF TWO CITIES, The Israeli Army's very own Iris Karlin, Soprano Power-House, Megan Nelson, Tour de force Tap-Dance-Man Danny Gardner, The Metropolitan Opera's Jessica Kimple and more in an evening of music and theatre like nothing else you've ever seen, emceed by THE ADDAMS FAMILY's Zachary James.

This marks the fifth production of Metropolis Opera Project and its first season of financially-accessible opera in an intimate setting, geared toward a new generation of opera-goers.
