Danny Masterson ("That 70's Show", Yes Man), Todd Grinnell ("Parks and Recreation," "Four Kings"), and Nancy Opel (Toxic Avenger, Fiddler on the Roof) lead an fantastic cast in a reading of Danny Jacobson's new comedy, BANG ZOOM!

Eli Gonda (this summer's The Crow Mill, Sleepwalk With Me) directs the by-invitation-only reading at The Bleecker Street Theater this Tuesday, July 28th. The cast also boasts the talents of Finnerty Steeves (Almost, Maine, Away We Go), David Beach (Urinetown), Catherine Reitman ("The Real Wedding Crashers," Knocked Up), and Regan Thompson.

BANG ZOOM is a hilarious story about an unlikely partnership. A righteous Park Avenue lawyer unwittingly invites the devil into his life in the form of a gambling, womanizing waiter.

The show marks a return to Manhattan for native New Yorker, Danny Jacobson. After beginning his career performing the role of Kenickie in the Broadway Company of "Grease," Mr. Jacobson moved to Los Angeles writing for acclaimed series "Soap," and "FAME." After working with ("Murphy Brown" creator) Diane English on "My Sister Sam", Mr. Jacobson was one of the original writer/producers of the award winning, "Roseanne." He also created and executive produced "Davis Rules", and is probably best known for his award winning series, "Mad About You," a show he co-created and executive produced which earned him a Golden Globe.
