?On episode 14 of "The Set List" podcast, director Max Friedman sits down with Victor Legrá to talk about new musical "Midnight At The Never Get". The show, which stars Sam Bolen and Mark Sonnenblick, was written by Sonnenblick, and directed by Don't Tell Mama's Associate Director of Programming Max Friedman.

Before he shot to fame as one of America's most beloved songwriters, Arthur Brightman cribbed Porter, Berlin, and Gershwin in a queer nightclub act starring his lover, Trevor Copeland. But they needed more than love songs to escape the increasingly radical politics of 1965 Greenwich Village. Now, on the night of Brightman's death, Copeland returns to the stage to relive the story of their romance through the music it inspired. Featuring an original score fashioned after the American Songbook, MIDNIGHT AT THE NEVER GET imagines two men who never existed in a time that very much did.
