Created and performed by award-winning funny femmes Melanie Adelman and Ellie Dvorkin withcomposer Patrick Spencer Bodd, MEL & EL: OUR TIME OF THE MONTH is like a modern-dayLaverne & Shirley full of dirty songs, delightful banter and devilish dish.

Hailed as "outrageous" by The New York Times and "hilariously squirm inducing" by the Village Voice, MEL & EL features new material every single month along with a very special guest, phenomenal drink deals and agenerous dose of the in-your-crotch comedy you've come to know and love.

They enjoyed a year-long run of thecritically acclaimed MEL & EL: THIS SHOW RHYMES, while their second show, MEL & EL:SHOW AND TELL premiered at Ars Nova to rave reviews. MEL & EL: GAY MARRIED headlined at Comix NYC and culminated in the pair being chosen as one of the Village Voice's Best of New York.

They were awarded the Backstage Bistro Award for their song "Fagnet", the Collaboration Award given by the NY Coalition of Professional Women in the Arts and Media and were recently chosen as GO Magazine's Very Best in New York Comedy.
