Jane Moss, Ehrenkranz Artistic Director, today announced the programming for the 47th season of Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Festival, New York's annual summertime classical tradition, which runs from July 27-August 24, 2013.

This year's Festival will offer more than 50 events spanning concerts, opera productions, pre-concert lectures and recitals, late-night performances, a film screening, and premieres of new works. The Mostly Mozart Festival 2013 marks the 11th anniversary of Louis Langrée as Renée and Robert Belfer Music Director. Maestro Langrée will lead nine concerts with the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall, including a FREE preview concert on July 27. A major highlight of the 2013 Festival is the thematic focus on the rich musical lineage between Mozart and Beethoven, with several concerts throughout the Festival pairing music by both composers.

The Mostly Mozart Festival 2013 is sponsored by Morgan Stanley.
