The Tour Bus has teamed up with VH1's Save the Music Foundation in presenting the contest, which will last from Friday, July 1st to Sunday, July 10th, and in which $1 from each Lennon ticket sold in August will benefit the Foundation. Contestants should follow the link and correctly answer 5 Lennon-related questions. The first place winner will receive the chance to compose and record a track of his/her own song on the state-of-the-art mobile recording and multimedia studio, as well as a recording of his/her song on a Maxwell CD, a goody bag of Maxwell products, magazines, two tickets to Lennon, a backstage tour and a meet-and-greet with the cast, and a 2-night stay at the Warwick Hotel in New York City. Contestants should be between the ages of 14 and 22, and the winner of the contest will be notified on July 11th.
In addition to the contest, the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus will be open to the public for tours on the following dates: Mon., July 25th at Strawberry Fields, Central Park from 4pm to 7pm, Wed., July 27th at the Broadhurst Theatre (235 W 44th St) from 11am - 2pm and 5pm - 8pm, Thurs., July 28th at the Warwick Hotel (65 W 54th St) from 12pm – 4pm, and Fri., July 29th at the Broadhurst Theatre from 3pm – 8pm.Lennon, after having played an out-of-town tryout, will open at the Broadhurst
Theatre on August 4th after beginning previews on July 7th. Produced

nine stars of the show, which features them playing multiple roles
(with four of the men as John Lennon).Lennon's
playing schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday at 8pm, Wednesday and
