Lauren Molina to 'Dream in Song' at the Duplex, May 20

Broadway star Lauren Molina (Sweeney Todd) will perform at the Duplex on Sunday, May 20 at 9:30PM for I Dream in Song, singing a variety of musical theatre, jazz, and pop/rock standards as well as her own originals. She will be playing guitar, cello, and ukulele, and will be joined by special guest vocalist Natalie Ross (Lincoln Center's Mikado), as well as Christian Imboden (guitar/bass) and Alex Wyatt (drums).
Molina, perhaps best known for her role as Johanna in Sweeney Todd, has also performed in a National Tour of Just So Stories and was featured in Off-Broadway Productions of Henry, Sweet Henry and Meet Me in St. Louis. The Duplex is located at 61 Christopher Street (at the corner of 7th Avenue South). There will be a $12 cover charge plus a 2-drink minimum.
