Speakeasy--billed as a "giant play"--will feature Neil LaBute, Theresa Rebeck and more among its collaborating writers. The show will be performed at Joe's Pub (425 Lafeyette Ave.) from October 22nd through 24th at 9:30 PM.

Presented by The Fire Dept, will also be written by Rob Ackerman, Suzanne Bradbeer, Anton Dudley, Brian Keith Jackson, Rajiv Joseph, Laurence Klavan, Carson Kreitzer, Edwin Sanchez, and Sheri Wilner.  According to the Joe's Pub website, "star-studded cast to be announced."  Erica Gould will direct the play, in which "truth is turned on its head and nothing is as it seems."

The Fire Dept is
a new theater company founded by Jessica Blank, Erica Gould, and Audrey Rosenberg.
