Joseph Keckler will make his debut at Joe's Pub on Saturday, April 3rd in "Midnight Mass", a special performance in recognition of Easter weekend, centering on the themes of sex and death.

Accompanied by violinist Dan Bartfield and a live band, he performs a set of original songs from his forthcoming EP, interspersing blues dirges, operatic arias, and unusual covers of Siouxsie Sioux, David Bowie, and other chameleonic icons.

Joseph Keckler is a performance artist and operatically trained singer who draws on his signature blend of vocal acrobatics, image-rich spoken word, and uncanny characterizations. His shows have been produced at The New Museum, Ars Nova, Envoy Gallery, and as a part of the NYU Performance Studies Guest Artist Series.

The evening is being produced by TWEED TheaterWorks in association with Kearns Artists Services.

Tickets are $12 in advance/$15 at the door. Joe's Pub is located at 425 Lafayette St, New York NY.
