Jim Ridl to Play NYC's The Kitano, The 55 Bar and Cape Bank Jazz @ The Point in NJ, April 2013

Jim Ridl has announced his upcoming performances for April 2013. Details follow!

On Wednesday, April 3, The Jim Ridl Trio with Steve Varner and Tim Horner will play The Kitano, NYC at 8 and 10 pm.

Then on Thursday, April 11, The Jim Ridl Quartet will perform the music from Jim's latest release "Blue Corn Enchilada Dreams" at The 55 Bar, NYC in an early show from 7 to 9 pm. The show will feature Jim Ridl - Keyboard; Alex Sipiagin - Trumpet' Boris Koslov - Bass; and Donald Edwards - Drums. For more information, go to http://55bar.com.

Jim Ridl is a jazz pianist, composer, arranger and teacher residing in the New York City area. He performs internationally with the Jim Ridl Trio and Quartet, the Dave Liebman Big Band, the Mingus Big Band, Ximo Tebar's IVAM Jazz Ensemble of Spain and the Tim Horner Quintet.

Jim's 6th CD, Jim Ridl's Blue Corn Enchilada Dreams, was released in 2012 and features the outstanding soloists and improvisers Terell Stafford, Donald Edwards and John Benitez.
