Jesus Christ Superstar to Open at Actors Theatre of Louisville

Redline Performing Arts opens its production of Jesus Christ Superstar tonight at Actors Theatre of Louisville. The production runs August 21–30 and features a cast of Louisville artists led by Cody Martin and Tony Smith.
Redline Performing Arts presents Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's Jesus Christ Superstar, featuring American Idol alum Cody Martin as Jesus and Louisville stage veteran Tony Smith as Judas.
The cast also includes Kimberly Salter and Ashley Dean, both previously seen in Redline Performing Arts' production of Dreamgirls.
Written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, Jesus Christ Superstar has been performed for more than 50 years and tells the story of the final days of Jesus Christ primarily through the perspective of Judas.
