Jerry Seinfeld recently opened up to NBC's Brian Williams on a topic that is far from comic.

The 60-year-old comedian and former television star said that he believes he is on the autism spectrum. "On a very drawn-out scale, I think I'm on the spectrum." When asked how he came to this conclusion, Seinfeld said, "You know, never paying attention to the right things."

"Basic social engagement is really a struggle," the comedian said, describing himself as "very literal."

"When people talk to me and they use expressions, sometimes I don't know what they're saying."

However, the seasoned entertainer refuses to let this hold him back. "I don't see it as dysfunctional. I just think of it as an alternate mind-set."

Additionally, he reveals that Starbucks rejected his web series, "Comedians in Cars Get Coffee."
