With her show, Ghost Whisperer,  wrapped and time on her hands, actress and How I shot Cupid author Jennifer Love Hewitt has her sights set on Broadway, according to E!online.  Says Hewitt: "I'm looking at possible doing Broadway...To be able to sing and dance will be fun."

No specific projects are in the works.

Hewitt rose to fame on Fox series Party of Five, and through the films I Know What You Did Last Summer, its sequel and the film Can't Hardly Wait.

No stranger to professional singing, Hewitt has been signed by Atlantic Records and Jive Records. To date, her most successful single on the Billboard Hot 100 is the 1999 release "How Do I Deal", which peaked at #59. In addition, she has contributed music to the promotion or soundtracks of acting projects. Hewitt has also served as a producer on some of her film and television projects.  She most recently portrayed Melinda Gordon on CBS' Ghost Whisperer.  For her role she won a Saturn Award in 2007 and 2008 for Best Actress on Television.
