Jack Perry Is Alive (And Dating) Plays NYMF

The New York Musical Theatre Festival and Justin Huebener are pleased to announce the production of Jack Perry IS ALIVE (AND DATING), directed by Pirronne Yousefzadeh. Jack Perry IS ALIVE (AND DATING) will play a limited engagement at the McGinn/Cazale Theatre (2162 Broadway, New York, NY). Performances begin tonight and continue through Saturday, October 15.  Harrison David Rivers and Daniella Shoshan wrote the book and lyrics and Julia Meinwald is the composer of Jack Perry is Alive (And Dating.)

Jack Perry is a thirty-something Manhattanite seeking Crate & Barrel domestic bliss, aimless strolls down the aisles of Whole Foods, and neuroses to share with the right man. But despite attempts to set him up and settle him down, Jack finds himself out of luck and running out of time.

In this day-in-the-life musical, bar-hop, cab-stop, and heart-flop with Jack as he tracks down the mysterious source of a late-night text message.

The production features music direction by Remy Kurs, scenic design by Matt Brogan, costume design by Amy Pedigo-Otto, lighting design by Mike Inwood and sound design by Eben Hoffer. Clare Cook is the choreographer and Liz Elise Richards is the stage manager.
