Hedda Lettuce, Shangela Set for XL Cabaret This August

XL Cabaret is pulling back the curtains and letting it loose in August with two hilarious, mouth-dropping shows. Join Queens, Hedda Lettuce and Shangela for a night of comedy, singing, and many surprises that will keep the audience at The Edge of their seats. The Queen of Green will impress all first with her limited engagement shows, The Carpets Match The Drapes, starting August 8th at 8PM followed by the riotous HOT MESS show with Lady Bunny and Bianca Del Rio. Shangela will wow audiences days later with her show, LAQUIFA IS HALLELOOSIN' IT! for one night only on August 10th at 9PM.

Still sizzling from her standing-room only debut at the prestigious Feinstein's at the Regency Hotel, the inimitable Queen of Green celebrates 20 years in show biz. In addition to her award winning spit-fire comic stylings, Hedda Lettuce will be belting original comedic songs such as, “You Only Text Me When You’re Drunk”, “You Can Touch Me Anywhere But Don’t Touch My Hair”, and more. Shangela, fan favorite from RuPaul's Drag Race, promises to bitch slap New York City with her new one-night stand up comedy experience. The world's first post-modern pimp ho vows to take audiences on a side-splitting journey from the backstreets of Texas to the Hollywood 'CatWalk' of Fame with tales of 'Ho-ishness', original songs, dance numbers and more.
