HOW NOT TO FUND A HONEYMOON To Be Presented By Diamond Mesh ManiFestival This Summer
Stephanie Greenwood's comedic heist production will run at Paradise Factory Theatre as part of the festival's inaugural slate.
The inaugural Diamond Mesh ManiFestival will launch this summer at Paradise Factory Theatre, running July 16 through August 9, 2026.
Presented by Diamond Mesh Incorporated, the festival will feature a lineup of new and experimental theatrical works exploring themes of isolation, identity, and modern existence.
Among the featured productions is Stephanie Greenwood’s HOW NOT TO FUND A HONEYMOON, a comedy centered on a couple attempting to finance their honeymoon through a risky break-in.
The play follows Gwen and Charlie, who turn to theft after running out of conventional options, targeting the home of Aunt Robyn in search of a rumored hidden treasure no one has ever actually seen.
According to the festival, the production reflects the larger themes of the ManiFestival by examining questions of personal responsibility, desperation, and the choices people make under pressure.
HOW NOT TO FUND A HONEYMOON will perform July 27 and 28 at 7:45 p.m. and August 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Paradise Factory Theatre in New York City.
