'Grease' Actor Jeff Conaway Injured in Fall at Home

People.com is reporting that Jeff Conaway, who is best known for his role as Kenickie in the film Grease, sustained numerous injuries after falling down a staircase at his home in California on Monday.

Citing TMZ.com, People reports that according to his girlfriend, "Conaway, 59, fell down a staircase and suffered a broken hip, a broken arm, a fractured neck and a brain hemorrhage." Conaway was rushed to the hospital but that no other details have been made available.

Conaway's recent personal trouble have been documented on television on both Celebrity Fit Club and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Jeff Conaway made his Broadway debut in 1960 in ALL THE WAY HOME. He also appeared in GREASE on Broadway as Danny Zuko, the role that would later be made famous by John Travolta on the big screen. Conaway made his final appearance on Broadway in 1985's THE NEWS.
