Fans of Santo Loquasto's detailed and lavish set for the Tony Award-winning revival of Glengarry Glen Ross can now own some of it. The producers of the show will auction off pieces of the set on eBay beginning on Thursday, August 11th.

According to a press article, the auction is for
"anyone who ever wanted to buy the picture of Shelly Levene's (Alan Alda's) long-suffering, unnamed daughter, or the briefcase Ricky Roma (Liev Schreiber) uses like a weapon to state his case to the meek James Lingk (Tom Wopat), now's your chance. You may even be able to buy the actual 'leads' that James Moss (Gordon Clapp) tries to rope George Aaronow (Jeffrey Tambor) into stealing."

The Tony Award-winning revival of David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross will conclude its limited New York engagement as scheduled on Sunday, August 28th, it will have run for 27 previews and 137 regular performances at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street).
The show
follows a group of salesmen as they claw, scheme and fight for their dignity in the 1980s.

The production, directed by Joe Mantello, and co-starring Alda, Schreiber (who won the 2005 Best Featured Actor in a Play Tony Award), Tambor, Gordon Clapp, Frederick Weller, Wopat, and Jordan Lage, won the Tony Award for Best Revival, and the Drama Desk Award for Best Ensemble and Best Scenic Design.

The producers have announced plans for a limited engagement in London in 2006, and there will be a national touring production in 2006-2007. Glengarry Glen Ross celebrated its 100th performance on Wednesday, July 27th, the day that it recouped its investment.
