There are certain things that just pair together well - peanut butter and jelly, Liza and a cabaret, Kurt and Blaine - oops, did I say that last one out loud? Anyway, there's also certain things that get paired together that you didn't realize how weirdly perfect that fit. Tonight, Alanis meets Carole - yes, you heard me, Ms. Jagged Little Pill meets the recent Broadway season's singer/songwriter darling in an epic mash up. It looks like it's going to be quite the tapestry being weaved tonight in song.

Join me as I continue my quest of LIVE recapping to the very end, and enjoy some Carole King while I'm at it.

9:59: Looks like next week, Sue Slyvester is back to her old tricks! Oh boy, better look out, New Directions!

9:56pm: Mash ups aren't always pretty, but neither is the road to Sectionals! What better way to end this mash up of Alanis and Carole than with You Learn/You've Got A Friend.

9:53pm: Sam is being promoted to coach while Bieste goes through surgery, and Sue has Bieste's back and keep the coach position open for after the surgery.

9:51pm: Bieste comes clean with her secret, but it's not cancer - she is FTM. Sam is confused by it all, but Bieste explains how she feels and the feeling comes across.

9:48pm: Kurt and Rachel open the window of communication and it turns out that Mason and Jane agree they need to step up their game. Here goes the Hummelberry partnership!

9:43pm: Tina and Quinn get Becky ready for her big glee club debut with "So Far Away", but the moment doesn't go quite as planned when Becky runs out. Quinn, Brittany, Santana, and Tina give Becky some girl talk on how to handle things, and it's such a cute girl talk moment.

9:38pm: Kurt is having such a hard time with his feelings for Blaine - go get your man, boy. Go! Sue is confronting Bieste about what she discovered in her desk - she has cancer.

9:34pm: Seems Jane and Mason are cooking up a little mash up of Will You Love Me Tomorrow with Head Over Feet. Solid choices there, newbies. Oh gosh, there's Klaine flashbacks and it's very sad.

9:31pm: Looks like Daryl just read them the riot act on how to let people witn Down's Syndrome live a normal life. Seems Sue is not happy with this outcome.

9:29pm: Welcome Roz Washington back to the mix, y'all. God bless you, NeNe Leakes. There seems to be an intervention for Becky's man, Daryl.

9:26pm: Quinn and Tina continue their mission to help Becky, but once meeting the guy - they're not sold. Brittany is putting together a heart of chocolate for Santana, and trying to give Kurt some advice on love.

9:21pm: Santana is letting Kurt have it over his outburst about her and Brittany being too young to get engaged. Welp, so much for a changed lady, but werk that tude, Ms. Lopez!

9:19pm: Kurt is not happy to see others in love, while Spencer takes his case against Bieste to Sue.

9:18pm: That's how a mash up is done, and this mash up is for keeps - Santana proposes to Brittany, and Brittany said yes!

9:17pm: This mash up is so wonderful - I'm totally on board with it.

9:15pm: Sue isn't sold on Becky's new man, while Santana and Brittany show off how to do a Carole and Alanis mash up.

9:14pm: Of course, Sue is involved with helping Becky lie to her boyfriend about being a big hit in high school. Lessons learned from Slyvester.

9:10pm: Quinn and Tina are helping Becky with her boyfriend problem, while Brittana seems back on. It's a Feel The Earth Move/Hand in My Pocket mash up for Brittany and Santana.

9:08pm: Tina giving her best advice to Jane - "Just sit and smile like I did for three years" while Kurt and Rachel fight over who can out teach the other. But, Brittany and Santana are up on it and ready to show the newbies a thing or two.

9:07pm: Kurt and Rachel are not doing very well at co-teaching, but it is kind of odd that the alumni can just put themselves on a break from life.

9:05pm: Spencer seems to want to move up on the roster as quarterback, but Bieste is not having it at all.

9:04pm: Sam is working pretty hard being the assisant coach, and he seems likely to replace Bieste when she steps down. Seems Bieste is behind the idea.

9:03pm: Kurt and Rachel seem to have an idea for a break up mash up of Tapestry and Jagged Little Pill. Hm.

9:01pm - Awkward run in for Blaine and Kurt at Between the Sheets both looking for Smash sheet music? Oh wait, there's Dave. This awkwardness only fuels the perfection of "It's Too Late" for two lovers clearly not being over one another.
