What do you get when you combine three fierce females, over the top talent, and some of the most climactic moments for women in musical theater? You get a show with humor, vivacity, and drama offering an inside glimpse into Broadway's best babes.

Girls on the Edge: A Musical Revue of Hysteria, Change, and Revelation, featuring notable New York performers Colette Boudreaux, Ilene Pabon and Charity Wicks, will be performed Sunday, August 9th, at The Theatre at Broadway (in the Broadway Comedy Club). The theatre is located at 318 W. 53rd St. in Midtown. Presented by the American Monarch Theatre Company, tickets are $15 with a two-item minimum and can be purchased online at: cash.me/$GirlsOnTheEdge or at the door (cash preferred, $17.50 for cards at the door). The show begins at 8 p.m.

Girls on the Edge includes songs of musical theater featuring women on the cusp of change. Boudreaux, Pabon and Wicks present some of your favorite female characters at their weakest moments and their strongest resolutions, utilizing music for the ultimate solution.

Boudreaux made her Carnegie Hall debut with Opera Orchestra New York, and recently made her symphonic debut with the Astoria Symphony Orchestra. Her performances have been called "sensitive" and "commanding" by Opera Magazine and Anthony Tommasini of the New York Times noted she "won deserved ovations" at New York's Verdi Square Festival. Equally at home on the musical theater stage, Boudreaux was nominated for best featured actress in a musical for her role as Anybodys in St.Petersburg Opera's recent production of West Side Story. BroadwayWorld.com hailed her "standout" performance of the song 'Somewhere,' saying she sang it "for all it's worth."

Pabon's versatility also ranges from classical works to musical theater. Known best for her appearance with the Cirque Dreams National Tour, she recently appeared with the St Petersburg Opera in the comedic role of Rosalia in West Side Story, and made her Carnegie Hall debut this past November. Her performances have been lauded by publications ranging from MTV Style to the Washington Post. Anne Midgette of the Washington Post wrote "Ilene Pabon maintained a kind of Angelina Jolie-like imperturbability as the beautiful Estella."

Wicks is an in-demand pianist and music director highly praised for her wide range of repertory as well. Broadway credits include Wicked, Violet, Big Fish, Nice Work If You Can Get It, In the Heights and Spring Awakening. National Tours include Billy Elliot and Spring Awakening. She works regularly on the development of new musicals, and stays equally involved in the development of new operas. She was most recently the associate conductor of the world premiere of The Summer King, a new opera by Daniel Sonenberg. She also was involved in the workshops of Stephen Schwartz's opera Séance on a Wet Afternoon, for which she was the associate conductor for the world premiere in Santa Barbara, CA.

Girls on the Edge will also be performed on Friday, August 7th, in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania at the Touchstone Theatre, 321 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015. More dates to follow.
