Fashion Photo of the Day 4/29/13 - Claire Danes

I love this Prada dress that Claire Danes wore over the weekend to the White House Correspondents Dinner. Leave it to Prada to create a clean and simple dress that is also glamorous, sexy and has a touch of whimsy. I am just loving it everything about it, especially the color and the daring open sides.

For me, it has an art deco, of the moment feel with the beading done in a graphic and structural way. The black underneath also makes it just pop and is a great contrast to the periwinkle blue. And is that color not a breath of fresh spring air? That color in the wrong hands could be very bridesmaid-y but not this dress. It's just gorgeous! And I love that Danes accented it with a berry lip and simple styling.
