I think she forgot her under garments! The second the paparazzi's flash bulbs went off, the dress turned totally sheer and completely revealed her nipples, or whatever she has covering them. Nicole! This is a rookie mistake! You always need to test your dress with photos at home, see how it looks in pictures, etc. Maybe she thought the nipple covers would be enough? For me, they distract from what would have been an amazing look.
